Cathays and Central Youth and Community Project (CCYCP) is a vibrant, welcoming community centre that includes an independent café, bakery, and a range of flexible spaces, such as a meeting room, music rehearsal rooms, recording studio, two large halls, and social areas. We also run a wide range of youth programmes and community-led projects that support and empower local people.

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Volunteer HR Assistant. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to the smooth running of our charity.
Supporting HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.
Contributing to onboarding and induction activities for new team members.
Providing general support in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Interest in human resources, administration, or related fields.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team
