Bud Harper, current Charity Manager

"I have been lucky to work with a supportive Board and a fantastic team responding to the needs of our Communities.
It’s a highly creative environment to be part of and it really has given me the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives.
It’s been a very rewarding experience seeing this progression in myself, my colleagues and our members.
I’ve learnt countless new skills working for a small charity and it has been a highly motivating ten years I have spent here.
There has also been many opportunities to meet new partners in the third sector, business and the local authority".
